It there any age binding for preschool admission procedure? Is it essential that a child must have had his/her second birthday in order to start preschool?

Children can attend Government Preschool from the age of 4. However there are many non-government Preschools that start earlier than this. The Preschool service is provided to children a year prior starting their school. After attending 12 months in Preschool or Kindergarten you kids can commence to high school.
