The Educator's PLN

The personal learning network for educators

My school system will soon discuss which learning management system would be best to use with our students. I say, "Why choose one?" Web/cloud based system rarely require 3rd party assistance, i.e., system IT people.  The more experience students get with using a variety of LMS, the better. Suggestions?

Yes, e-learning has matured as a technology and industry. Web-based learning management systems are widely used today in schools and other institutions. Learning management systems can have integrated web conferencing technology which can be used in a number of ways to support students.

Yes, I use e-learning for professional development. We had a meeting yesterday on the LMS subject, and I think we are leaning towards "mybigcampus".

In my Opinion, Online learning is something that has been done as a 100% substitute for the classroom. Select My Tutor is the provider and online learning platform. Select My Tutor is an innovative online peer-to-peer learning platform to learn from and teach each other. It is a special platform to learn a skill, earn money by teaching, and organize. An E-Learning platform has the distinction of reaching every aspect of the educational experience for millions of online learners, instructors, and educators around the World Wide Web. It hosts online university-level courses in a wide range of disciplines to a worldwide audience/assembly, some at a charge.
