Being in a school that has implemented one-to-one in the last 2 years, I can share some thoughts. Is there anything in particular you want to know about?

Meanwhile, some sites they may be useful are below. (Some may be dated... this list is from when we were exploring it. AND I don't remember what all the sites were about.)

Laptops for Learning Task Force
Apple Inc. - 1-to-1 Results
The Maine Learning with Laptop Studies
Anytime Anywhere Learning Research Articles
K-12 Computing Blueprint Results
TechLearning-The Results Are In
One-to-One Institute Testimonials
Microsoft-Third-year Study of Laptop Program
Edutopia-Various research on Project-Based learning
Edutopia-The World at Your Fingertips
My school currently has a one to one program in place- what do you want to know??
Here are two blog entries of mine on the subject.

Btw, I'm also currently trying to set up (properly) a 1 to 1 laptop program at my new school.
