The Educator's PLN

The personal learning network for educators

I know spelling isn't as interesting to talk about as blogging and websites, but I need some help.  My school is hoping to revise its spelling curriculum this year.  Any suggestions?

Check out "Words Their Way" spelling curriculum. Public schools use it here in Maryland and it seems fine...uses logical patterns.

Thanks Mark. I actually have a copy of it already and have used bits and pieces (like word sorts). I'll give it a closer look. It's hard to find something meaningful and effective that doesn't take up too much classroom/teacher time.
