Don't worry about step 1 of the sign up... if you want to improve yourself as a teacher, sign up... The focus of the course is on teachers involved in teaching mathematics, but I am happy to accept anyone who wants avenues to self-improvement using Twitter as one of their tools http://p2pu.org/general/cpd-through-twitter-maths-teachers

I'd love to help new teachers reframe and overcome some of the behavioral issues and (student) skill deficits that add to the challenges of providing quality instruction, especially in high needs schools. I believe I can help new teachers become masters at identifying and using students' interests and strengths to enlist and engage them as partners in learning.
