A Teacher is A Gift from God

Posted on May 7, 2011 at 10:36pm 0 Comments

My school is a private school. That means the money to pay everything comes from the fees that we charged to the students. To say our staff is underpaid is an understatement. Here in Malaysia,it is common knowledge that private schools either charged too much or charged too little as most of everything done in school is voluntary.Needless to say, I can't afford to hire the best and the most experienced of teachers. Therefore,I opt to hire fresh but capable high school and college graduates. I've studied cases from schools in North America and almost every woes… Continue

Assalam. Congrats for setting up a private school in Malaysia! I am planning more or less the same thing up north in Perak or Penang. Could we discuss on this? Just to get an opinion from experienced people. Tq.
