How to better use PLN?

I immersed myself in PLN over the past week. Excited and overwhelmed. PLN is an amazing place to share resources with like-minded people. However, it’s easy to be information overloaded. There is so much information I’m interested in, but I just didn’t have time to read all of them. This is summer time without school. I’m wondering how much time I can spend on PLN after school starts. I’m exploring a better way to organize all these wonderful resources and use them to initiate changes in education, a field which was far behind this digital age.

My question is: for educational administrators, who always work under time constraints, how to benefit from PLN in an efficient way?
