At one point or the other in people’s lives, they have been either busy or tired to notice some symptoms. The symptoms starts off as a minor itch or ache and them disappears. What people forget is that when the pain goes away, at least temporarily, it means that the disease is in its incubation stage. However, people tend to have a nagging feeling that things are not right. There are a number of symptoms you should never ignore regardless of the intensity of the pain and you need to know how to tell if you have a fever. Some of the symptoms are:

1. Constant Fatigue

It is recommended that we sleep for 8 good hours every night. There are times that even after sleeping for the recommended hours, you still feel fatigued. In this case run to the nearest hospital and see a doctor. The reason being that excessive fatigue is symptoms of cancer like uterine cancer and gastrointestinal cancer. These types of cancer are caused by extreme cases of anemia which is lack of red blood cells in the body. Depression also causes fatigue.

2. Stomach problems

There are cases when a person has stomachaches, feeling full and indigestion for days on end. Symptoms you should never ignore include: stomachaches which may lead to a person feeling nauseated most of the times, indigestion which does not clear etc. Chemicals which suppress appetite could be being released by various forms of cancer like stomach, colon and ovarian. While a person may be tempted to take medicine to suppress the pain, medical attention should be sought at the earliest opportunity.

3. Change in the colour of the privates parts

For women of all walks of life, the vagina have a pink colour when one is healthy. Further to this, a healthy vulva has a standard colour. Any slight change in the color is a sign that things are not rosy down south. Symptoms you should never ignore include having pigments or white wounds in your private parts. These symptoms could develop into cancer of the vulva which.

4. Swollen feet

A normal person will have both feet the same size. However, there are times when a closer look indicates that things are not okay. If you are using birth control pills or hormones, swelling of the feet is one of the symptoms you should never ignore. The most common cause of swollen feet is blood clots. Immediate treatment should be sought because failure to seek medical attention could be fatal. Fatal in the sense that the blood clots travel to other important parts like the lungs and the heart.

5. Irregular urination

Human beings are created such that there is nothing that presses against the bladder. If at night you have to keep rushing to the urinals, then a problem is developing. Something is pressing and pressing hard against your bladder forcing you to rush to the washroom. Uterine fibroids could be developing. On the flipside, a person could be rushing to the bathroom because of thirst that seems not to be quenched. These are symptoms you should never ignore because you could be having diabetes.

Conclusively, don’t ever ignore the symptoms mentioned above. Seek medical attention as soon as they start manifesting themselves. It is always advisable to deal with symptoms at early stages than wait for them to become full blown. The cost of prevention has always been found to be lower compared to full treatment.
