I'm a k-12 LDL art teacher, and I used the program called Scribblar to allow my students to collaborate on a storyboard project for an animation this summer. Although I used the software for an art lesson, I don't think it was designed specifically for art.
I like it because it is so easy to use, is only open to the people who are invited, and has a lot of tools.
