EduPLN cohorts are 4–8 week working groups led by classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and district leaders — not publishers or course vendors. Pick a track below, save your seat, and leave with a plan you can use on Monday.

Cohorts run 4–8 weeks and cap at 24 educators. Members see one fee tier; district partners book site-wide. Listed in chronological order — newest start date first.

A four-week clinic for first- and second-year coaches. Live practice cycles, a feedback script, and one full observation-to-conference loop you can run the week after the cohort ends.

Eight weeks of designing, running, and revising one PBL unit across your math classes. Each facilitator comes with a tested driving-question template and a rubric builder.

For 9–12 science teachers rebuilding assessment around phenomena, not multiple choice. Weekly design sessions, a shared rubric bank, and an end-of-cohort lab you can submit to your department chair.

Inside a Cohort
Twenty-four classroom teachers from fifteen districts signed up for a six-week literacy cohort led by Maria Delgado. Here's what the work actually felt like — week by week.
Week 1
Members bring one real class roster. Together we rank kids by access to grade-level text and pick the four who need a small group first. No theory, just decisions.
Week 2
Maria shares her 10-minute confer template. Each member runs one confer during the week and brings back a one-page reflection — what worked, what derailed, what surprised you.
Week 3
A member is stuck: her lowest reader won't engage. The cohort breaks into a fishbowl and coaches her through a re-entry script. She runs it the next day. Reports back Friday.
Week 6
Every member walks away with a six-week small-group plan tied to their real roster, a confer log they can hand a colleague, and access to the cohort's private forum thread.
In the 2023 member survey, 94% of cohort alumni said the work carried directly into their classroom the following semester. Maria has now facilitated seven cohorts — and the format hasn't changed.
I get asked to sell $400 courses by other platforms. I'd rather run a cohort here, watch twenty-four teachers leave with something they actually use on Monday, and never charge a kid's school a dime. The format is older than any edtech trend — it's just good teaching, in a room that fits.
